About the role
We are hiring Casual Banqueting Team Members!
The Royal Automobile Club is a Private Member’s Club based in Epsom set in 350 acres of land and features two beautiful 18-hole golf courses, squash and tennis courts, a gym, a full-size indoor swimming pool and treatment rooms – as well as three restaurants, bars and accommodation.
We are looking for enthusiastic Banqueting Casuals to join our team and help deliver outstanding experiences to our members and guests.
Available shift patterns include:
- Morning and daytime shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Evening shifts, Monday to Friday
- Weekend shifts, including both daytime and evening hours
- Opportunities to work at a range of events, from member functions to larger banqueting occasionsPay: £12.76 per hour (Over 18)
About the role:
- Working in our banqueting department based at the Woodcote Park clubhouse
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and memorable member experience
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining the highest standards of service to ensure our members and guests expectations are met and exceeded
- Following personal hygiene, food hygiene and health and safety standardsAbout you:
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Over 18
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
