Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to develop your career in Occupational Health?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Nurse to join our friendly and supportive Occupational Health & Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about promoting the health, wellbeing and safety of NHS staff and employees of external organisations who collaborate with us whilst developing specialist skills within occupational health practice.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical settings. Your work will include pre-placement health assessments, immunisation programmes, health surveillance, employee wellbeing initiatives and supporting managers and staff with workplace health matters.

We welcome applications from registered nurses with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to learning and a genuine interest in staff health and wellbeing. Previous occupational health experience is not essential, as training and development opportunities will be provided for the right candidate.

In return, we offer:

  • A supportive and experienced Occupational Health and Safety team
  • Opportunities for professional development and specialist occupational health training
  • The opportunity to make a real difference to employee health and wellbeing

If you are committed to delivering excellent person-centred care and would like to develop a rewarding career within occupational health, we would love to hear from you.
