As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing Volkswagen vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnosing faults and identifying additional work required
• Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and workshop technology
• Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• Carrying out vehicle health checks and road tests where required
• Completing warranty and repair documentation accurately
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller and wider Aftersales team
• Supporting and sharing technical knowledge with other technicians
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment
• You'll also have the opportunity to work on the latest Volkswagen technology, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• The ability to work efficiently and meet workshop deadlines
• A professional approach and good communication skills
• A willingness to continue developing your technical skills
