Opogo Education is working with a specialist SEND school in Richmond upon Thames, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, supporting pupils aged 4-16 with Autism and moderate learning difficulties. The school is looking for a dedicated LSA to join its team for the full academic year.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils throughout the school day
• Help pupils access learning and classroom activities
• Encourage communication, confidence and independence
• Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Work alongside teachers and specialist support staffWe are looking for:
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND
• An understanding of Autism and additional learning needs
