We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Band 6 Practice Educator to join our friendly and supportive team in North Aberdeenshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered professional who is committed to developing the current and future workforce and who genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their potential.

As a Practice Educator, you will work collaboratively across North Aberdeenshire health and social care partnership settings to support students, new registrants and the wider workforce. You will play a key role in creating positive learning environments, enhancing practice learning experiences, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

• Is a nurse or midwife with a current NMC registration
• Has experience at Band 5 or above in roles which include supporting, supervising and assessing learners

• Builds positive relationships and works collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and partners.
• Can inspire and support others to develop confidence and competence.
