Expanding Our Dartford Production Team: Now Hiring Specialist Roles

From retail spaces to global exhibitions and corporate branding, our Dartford production hub plays a critical role in delivering high-quality large format graphics and display solutions across the UK.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are expanding our production team and are now hiring for three specialist roles.

• Dartford, Kent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays
• Overtime…
• Saturday: Time and a Half
• Sunday: Double Time
• Large Format Print Operator
• Overview
• Salary: £32,000 – £40,000

This is a key role within our production team, operating 3.2m and 5m wide printers to produce high-impact visual graphics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and maintaining large format printers
• Preparing and RIP’ing files for print
• Managing colour accuracy and consistency
• Printing across a range of substrates including vinyl, banners, and rigid media
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
• Collaborating closely with finishing teams

What we’re looking for:

• Proven large format print experience
• Strong understanding of print workflows and colour management
• Experience with RIP software (e.g. ColourGATR, Caldera, Onyx)
• High attention to detail
