Job DescriptionBased at Lily Walker Centre you will be working full-time 37 hour week, you will be covering 6 week rolling rota: dayshifts, sleepovers, nightshifts and weekend work.

The Centre provides supervised temporary accommodation to single persons and couples and the postholder will carry out all specified Accommodation Officers' duties and responsibilities.The Individual​You will have experience of working with homeless clients or clients who require additional support and the ability to work alone and unsupervised.

You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Office 365, Word, Excel, Teams.

You will also be reliable and be able to effectively partner the second person on duty at the Centre without any immediate supervision.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
