Primary Site Operative (Caretaker)

• Location: St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School, Cookgate, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, TS7 0PZ
• Required: As soon as possible
• Salary: £25,989 - £26,403 pro-rata (actual salary £19,140 - £19,445)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Hours: 30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks split shift (open 7-10 am, 2.45-5.45pm close)

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• The completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities
• General maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Minor refurbishment works
• Porterage
• Key holding
• Safeguarding
