You do not need a degree or previous pharmaceutical experience. We will give you structured training, a clear salary increase on completion and the chance to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What you'll do

Check aseptically prepared medicines against approved procedures.

Complete in-process checks in line with SOPs and GMP.

Verify documentation, manufacture and storage standards.

Reconcile raw materials and ingredients used in compounded products.

Learn how automated manufacturing equipment works.

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate.

Good hand-eye coordination.

Confidence following detailed procedures and technical processes.

Excellent written and spoken English.

A keen interest in science.

Strong GCSEs and A levels, or equivalent experience.

Experience in a regulated environment is helpful, but it is not essential.

Full training. Clear progression.

Our structured programme will prepare you to work confidently across our Chemotherapy, CIVAS and Parenteral Nutrition clean rooms.

Working hours

Fixed shift: 10:00am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

No rotating shifts and no regular weekend working.

Six Saturdays per year for cleaning and additional production.

Potential to move to a four-day week after training.

Overtime may be required to complete vital patient orders.
