An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and caring Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant to join the Intensive Support Provision (ISP) at Inch View Primary School and work on a Thursday and Friday each week.
Our Intensive Support Provision supports children with complex additional support needs to engage in learning, develop independence and achieve their individual potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Working as part of a highly skilled team, you will provide targeted support to pupils across a range of learning, communication, sensory, social and emotional needs and support with personal care.
As an Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant, you will contribute to delivering high-quality support that enables children to access learning and participate fully in school life. You will work closely with teaching staff, families and partner agencies to help ensure positive outcomes for our children and young people.

Has experience of working with children and young people with additional support needs.
Demonstrates patience, kindness and a nurturing approach.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Understands the importance of inclusion and promoting children's wellbeing.
Is flexible, resilient and able to respond positively to the changing needs of pupils.
Experience of supporting children with autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs and social-emotional needs would be advantageous.
