We are seeking a forward-thinking Occupational Therapist Team Leader for our community occupational therapy stroke service within the within Angus Health & Social Care Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role supporting the continued development of stroke rehabilitation pathways across Angus and helping people achieve the outcomes that matter most to them post stroke.

As Team Lead, you will combine clinical practice with leadership and service development responsibilities, work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues across health and social care settings. You will provide professional leadership and support to Occupational Therapy staff, champion innovation and quality improvement, and contribute to the delivery of person-centred stroke rehabilitation services including early supported discharge.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy team.
• Influence service development and drive improvements in rehabilitation services across Angus.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across community, hospital and social care settings.
• Support and develop staff through supervision, mentoring and clinical leadership.
• Make a meaningful difference to the lives of individuals with complex rehabilitation needs.
• Shape innovative approaches that enable people to remain independent and live well within their communities.You will be:
• A HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with substantial post-registration experience.
• An effective and inspiring leader who is passionate about developing people and services.
• Experienced in stroke and/or neuro rehabilitation and supporting people with complex needs.
• Committed to delivering high standards of professional practice and clinical excellence.
• An excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to influence change and help shape future service delivery for stroke rehabilitation.What We Offer
