Sneyd Academy are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, Class Teacher for KS1/KS2 to join our friendly and professional team.

Alpha Academies Trust is launching a Primary SEN Resource provision in Stoke-on-Trent, which will be based at Sneyd Academy, part of Alpha Academies Trust. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our new provision opening in January 2027. Our nurturing environment supports personalised learning, complemented by access to selected mainstream lessons. Students are encouraged to integrate into mainstream school life at their own pace, engaging in extracurricular activities, social events, and shared learning experiences with their peers. Why Sneyd?

Sneyd Academy is a large inclusive primary academy in the Burslem area of Stoke-on-Trent. It is one of the largest primary academies in the area and has pupils from nursery to year six. The academy dates back to 1901 and whilst it has many modern features, it retains a strong history and pupils benefit from a good Edwardian building. The academy has recently benefited from a significant investment in digital infrastructure. We are fortunate to have large areas of green space, and this has been complimented with the recent addition of an outdoor learning space.
