- ROLE: Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor
- HOURS: 42 Hours per Week
- LOCATION: London
Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off.

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe operation of equipment and services within a critical environment, while leading a team of engineers and ensuring maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely.
- Supervise a team of day and shift engineers, providing guidance and support where required.
- Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
- Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory tasks while ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed within required priorities.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure contractual maintenance and installation requirements are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent.
- HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience.
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations qualification (desirable).
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.

Additional Requirements
- Previous experience working within a critical environment, such as a data centre, would be advantageous.
- Experience in all aspects of electrical installation and repair work is essential.
- IT experience is required to accurately record completed works.
- Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance requirements.
- Must be available to participate in a call-out rota.
- Must hold UK citizenship and be eligible to obtain DV Clearance.
