About the role

Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Providing strategic leadership across the school.
• Driving high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Ensuring outstanding outcomes for pupils with a range of complex needs.
• Leading school improvement initiatives and monitoring their impact.
• Supporting curriculum development and innovation.
• Promoting excellence in behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and wellbeing.
• Developing and coaching staff to achieve their full professional potential.
• Building strong partnerships with families, external agencies and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced and successful senior leader with a proven track record of impact.
• Has substantial knowledge and understanding of SEND.
• Demonstrates a clear commitment to inclusion and pupil-centred practice.
