This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences, building high-performing teams and developing strong client partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring the workplace remains safe, welcoming, efficient and aligned with industry-leading standards.

What You'll Do

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated Facilities Management services.
• Managing Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Soft Services teams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
• Driving service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing operational performance, KPIs, budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Overseeing third-party suppliers and subcontractor performance.
• Using CAFM systems, service analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus across all service lines.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Workplace Manager or similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
• Experience managing integrated Facilities Management services across multiple service lines.
• Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience overseeing Front of House, Workplace Experience, Cleaning and Security services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and performance reporting tools.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• IWFM qualification or equivalent Facilities Management accreditation.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience supporting newly mobilised or newly occupied workplace environments.
• Knowledge of smart building technology and workplace experience platforms.
• Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives and workplace engagement activities.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental performance within FM operations.
