Are you comfortable drawing on your lived experience, with appropriate boundaries, to support people affected by addiction as they work towards employment?

If this sounds like you, we would welcome your application for the IPS Lived Experience Support Worker role.

You will use your lived experience to provide emotional and practical support to people facing barriers to employment across Herefordshire. Working at the right pace for each person, you will help them identify their goals, build confidence and skills, and connect with local activities and opportunities that support their journey towards employment.

You will join Enable’s Individual Placement and Support service (delivered in partnership with Turning Point) working alongside employment and treatment professionals to help people affected by addiction move towards paid employment. You do not need previous IPS experience: induction, training, supervision and ongoing support will be provided.
