Experience Manager – Sites and Training Services for Adults with Intellectual (Learning) Disability

Experienced Training Manager at award-winning regional charity.

Our new Manager will join our Middle Management Team and have responsibility for two small training Hubs which host 60 adults (Clients) weekly with learning (intellectual) disability. These Hubs have a current Staff team of 7 employees who are joined by postgraduate students on practice-based placements and volunteers.

Clients come to Journey to develop employment and life skills, enabling them to lives as independently as possible and to enjoy part-time working lives. Sessions are delivered both on our sites and in the wider community.
