The Into Work Advisor provides high quality and motivational support to learners moving into work placements and employment. You will coordinate available and potential work placement and job opportunities for learners.

You will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression whilst providing excellent customer service to employers and other agencies. Working alongside the Relationship Lead to identify and partner with employers to secure work placements and job opportunities.
