Job DescriptionThese 2 posts are for 16.75 hours per week. As they are part time, the salary will be pro rata to the number of hours worked.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 part time Care Coordinators (Nights) in Queens Quay House.
The successful candidates will play a key role in leading and supporting the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. As part of the management team, you will promote best practice and quality standards, ensuring compliance with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and Council policies and procedures.To undertake the required administrative and financial procedures, contribute to staff development and wellbeing, support resident reviews and care planning, and ensure the safe administration of medication. The role involves the use of a range of electronic systems for care planning, medication management, and record keeping.We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working as part of a busy team, can bring new ideas and initiatives, positively influence those around them, and is committed to delivering excellent outcomes for residents.
