  • What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops and process analysis
  • Mapping current and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Analysing system capabilities and data structures to support business objectives
  • Developing requirements specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams
  • Conducting data quality assessments and defining data governance requirements
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement throughout analysis and implementation phases
  • Creating process diagrams, data flow models and system design documentation using tools such as BPMN and UML
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations or development work
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 2–4 years of business analysis experience in a professional or technical environment
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping and systems analysis methodologies
  • Experience documenting requirements clearly and concisely for technical audiences
  • Familiarity with data quality concepts and basic data analysis
  • Working knowledge of business process notation and UML diagramming
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical language
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
  • Competence with tools such as Excel, Visio or similar documentation platforms

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC or RISE)
  • Exposure to APIs, microservices or distributed system architecture
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
  • Experience with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
  • Background in financial or operational process improvement
