  • What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation
  • Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Creating clear process maps and requirements specifications that bridge business and technical teams
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining engagement throughout project lifecycles
  • Conducting data quality assessments and defining data requirements where relevant
  • Supporting financial and operational analysis to quantify the impact of proposed changes
  • Collaborating with development, operations and business teams to ensure solutions meet defined needs
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation efforts
  • What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a related role

Strong capability in requirements gathering and process mapping

Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience with systems analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, visio, UML or BPMN for documenting and visualising processes
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice-to-have experience could include:

  • Exposure to data requirements gathering and data quality analysis
  • Familiarity with financial analysis or process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in Agile environments and working with development teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP or exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
