  • What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Mapping current and future state processes using tools such as BPMN and UML
  • Defining data requirements, data quality standards and validating data against business rules
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into system designs and API specifications

Supporting the delivery of cloud and microservices architectures, including analysis of distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines

Documenting functional and non-functional requirements for systems built on platforms such as Azure, AWS, .NET, ASP.NET, Java and Spring Boot

  • Engaging stakeholders throughout delivery to manage change and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conducting financial and operational impact analysis to support process improvement initiatives
  • What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management

Working knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML, data quality frameworks)

Understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or SAP RISE
  • Experience in data requirements gathering and data quality analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments
  • Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel or other analytics tools
  • Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture or distributed systems
  • Exposure to financial analysis or process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts such as Linux, Windows, networking or security controls
