- What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations, safety compliance and team coordination

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, including Site Management of Health and Safety in Construction (SMSTS) standards
- Maintaining site records, permits and compliance documentation
- Troubleshooting delays and issues to keep projects on track
- Supporting quality assurance and site inspections
- What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 3–5 years' experience in site or construction management
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and site compliance
- SMSTS certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- First Aid certification
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate teams effectively
- Competence in reading plans, specifications and construction drawings
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
