You will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support customers by offering guidance, product knowledge & recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions as well as helping to ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked and operating efficiently. You will:

Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming & professional shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting purchases based on their needs & budget.

Demonstrate product features, where appropriate, in a clear & engaging way.

Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches.

Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer orders accurately through the till system.

Replenish stock, merchandise displays and ensure the department is clean, organised and visually appealing.
