Location: Dual-site (Luxury Retail Office - Shepherd's Bush & Warehouse/Office - Charlton) | Full-time | On-call rota required

We're looking for a Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to deliver high-quality M&E maintenance across two diverse client sites, supporting both a premium retail environment and a fast-paced operational warehouse.
You'll play a key role in ensuring all systems and equipment are safe, compliant and operating efficiently, while providing a professional, customer-focused service to on-site stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including fault finding, safe isolation and remedial works
- Support compliance activities such as emergency lighting, fire alarm testing and small electrical installations
- Carry out general building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric and mechanical tasks
- Maintain accurate records using PDA/CAFM systems and ensure all work follows RAMS and safety procedures
- Liaise with contractors, support site operations and participate in the on-call rota
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
What we're looking for:
- Ability to work independently and confidently as the electrical lead on site
- Strong customer service and communication skills, working with senior stakeholders
- Experience using CAFM/PDA systems and maintaining accurate records
- Awareness of health & safety practices (e.g. LOTO, Permit to Work, Working at Height)
- Flexibility to travel between sites and support out-of-hours work when required
