About the role

Job DescriptionLead on the development of the Family Wellbeing Hubs in Aberdeenshire, specifically Aboyne, Banchory, Portlethen, Stonehaven and Laurencekirk utilised by a variety of groups, organisations and services who work together to support families to make positive changes in line with their own goals. Promoting the use of strength based approaches to create an environment that is welcoming and supportive, reducing barriers for children, families and young people.

The Hub Coordinator will be responsible for a team of Family Outreach Workers who will work with families on a 1 to 1 basis, group facilitation as well as other approaches in line with the needs of the community in the South of Aberdeenshire.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
