Job Description
We are delighted to share that a brand‑new Team Facilitator role has been developed to strengthen support and leadership across our Argyll and Bute services. We currently have an exciting vacancy within our Lochgilphead service.
As a Team Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting frontline teams and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery. Working in conjunction with, and managed by, the Service Manager, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and practical support to your team. You will also contribute to service planning and quality assurance activities.
We are looking for natural leaders with strong communication skills, a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, and a genuine passion for supporting people. Experience or knowledge of care planning systems and rota management and an understanding of regulatory body requirements within the social care sector are desirable.
