Sinclair Volkswagen Cardiff is recruiting a Sales Executive - and with realistic on-target earnings of £49,250 plus a company car

You'll be joining the Sinclair Group - a family-run business, now in its third generation, with over 80 years in the industry, growing year on year and a multi-brand portfolio spanning Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, SEAT, Jaguar Land Rover, Hyundai, Smart and BYD over 37 sites.

The Role

You'll be the face of one of the world's most recognised automotive brands - meeting customers, understanding what they need, building rapport and giving a world class customer experience:

• Engage customers face-to-face and by phone
• Match customers to the right vehicle for them
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Build relationships that bring customers back
• Work closely with our Service and Workshop teams
• Develop deep product knowledge with full manufacturer support
• Hit targets as part of a genuinely supportive team

Who We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience - motor trade background a bonus, not essential
• Confident, professional, genuine customer-first approach
• A natural communicator and relationship builder
• Driven by targets and results
• Organised, resourceful and a good problem-solver
• Full UK driving licence
