We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Hospitality Food Host to support the delivery of excellent front-of-house hospitality services.

You’ll play an important role in preparing, presenting and serving food and beverages, ensuring customers receive a high standard of service and a positive hospitality experience. This important position is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, builds genuine relationships, and helps create an outstanding experience for everyone who visits the workplace.

The Role

• Provide excellent customer service through the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages.
• Support the facility team with front-of-house duties, including hospitality preparation, room set-up and clearing.
• Manage booking forms, customer requests and other tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, Health & Safety and presentation at all times.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate any concerns to the Supervisor or Catering Manager.
• Support the Supervisor/Catering Manager with customer experience, service delivery and performance targets, including stock rotation and management.

About You

• Previous experience in food service, catering or hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• A positive approach to maintaining and continually improving service and presentation standards.
