We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the production team and ensure high standards across all administrative processes.
Global Insight Conferences is a leading B2B events company delivering insight-driven conferences across Marketing, Digital, Technology, HR, Retail and Financial Services.
The Role
This is a fully office-based Administration Assistant position focused on core administrative activity that underpins the success of wider teams.
A large part of the role involves sending out LinkedIn messages, managing responses, maintaining accurate data, and consistently following processes. You’ll spend much of your time emailing out invitation emails, using LinkedIn for outreach, updating databases, making calls, and following up to gather or confirm information.
It’s well suited to someone who enjoys routine, detail-focused work, is confident communicating with people, and takes satisfaction in being organised, thorough, and dependable.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of daily email communication and follow-ups professionally
- Use LinkedIn to support outreach and communication activity
- Maintain and update CRM systems and databases with accuracy
- Make calls to gather, confirm, and chase key information
- Support event-related administration including materials and documentation
- Prepare and organise internal documents and records
- Manage day-to-day office administration to keep operations organised and efficient
- Provide administrative support where required
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in administration
- Professional experience in an office environment
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks requiring accuracy and consistency
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Adaptable, flexible and able to turn your hand to any task
- Experience using standard office tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage routine workloads independently
- Comfortable working full-time in an office-based role
