We're looking for a Static Mechanical Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance services on a single site. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently while providing excellent service to our client.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)
  • Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on time
  • Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in maintenance or facilities management environments
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
  • Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to obtain MET Police SC Clearance (can take up to 7-10 months)
