At EMA, our Learning Support Workers are at the heart of everything we do. As our service continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome new team members who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people with SEND. Our students learn and gain hands-on work experience across our supportive and vibrant site, helping them prepare for adulthood and employment.

If you’re caring, professional, and keen to help young people grow in confidence and reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supporting students in both the classroom and in the working environments of The Walled Garden and Dovecote Café, helping to make their time at EMA positive, rewarding, and enjoyable.
