About the role

Job Overview

We are looking for Support Workers with experience of working in children's homes or who have transferable skills and are keen to work with care experienced children.

Ideally, experienced staff will already hold a related Level 3 Diploma. However, we can support you to complete this.

The company provides support to staff through reflective practice and regular supervision from the Registered Manager, including company benefits and a contributory pension scheme.

We support children and young people using a trauma-informed approach.

Hours of work are an average of 42 hours per week, working a five-week rolling rota pattern of 'two days on, three days off'.

You are required to work any day of the week and you are required to sleep-in at the home. The staff team are provided with their own sleep-in room and are paid a fixed rate each night.

All new team members will undergo an induction process and receive tailored training.
