Our Yard is looking for an experienced Volunteer HR & Employment Adviser to provide guidance and support on people-related policies, procedures and best practice.

This role would suit an HR professional or experienced employment specialist looking to contribute their expertise to a community-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on employment contracts, HR policies and procedures
• Support compliance with employment legislation and best practice
• Review and update HR documentation as required
• Provide guidance on people management processes
• Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and procedures
• Support the organisation in maintaining effective and compliant practices
