Are you an experienced Healthcare Support Worker looking for your next challenge?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service within South Aberdeenshire as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW).

Working as part of our supportive CTAC team, you will provide high-quality patient care within Banchory Group Practice and support neighbouring practices when required. You will work closely with General Practice teams and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care within the community.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who:

• Has venepuncture experience (essential)
• Has experience undertaking blood pressure measurements and ECGs (desirable)
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is adaptable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Is committed to delivering high standards of patient care
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicleWhy join CTAC?

The CTAC Service plays a vital role in supporting patients across Primary Care, providing a range of treatment room services within local communities.
