ROLE: Engineering Shift Supervisor HOURS: 42 hours a week – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off LOCATION: Heathrow

We're looking for a Supervisor who will ensure all equipment, services, and engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely at all times.
- Lead, support, and manage a team of engineers, including day engineers and shift engineers.
- Ensure all KPIs are met and service delivery standards are maintained across the contract.
- Oversee planned maintenance to ensure tasks are completed by scheduled dates, with priority given to Statutory and Mandatory requirements.
- Ensure all reactive tasks are completed within their designated priority timescales.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, utilising IT systems as required.
- Ensure full understanding and adherence to Statutory Compliance standards.
- Participate in the call‑out rota and complete DV clearance as required.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent).
- HVAP qualification with relevant high‑voltage experience.
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal).
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Equivalent mechanical qualifications may be accepted with appropriate experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience within a critical environment (e.g., Data Centre) is advantageous.
- Ability to undertake all types of electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and installation tasks as required under the contract.
- Ability to use provided PPE and uniform appropriately and professionally.
- Must be a UK citizen and able to obtain DV clearance.
