About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Catering Manager in a busy secondary school. Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management. Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 2:30pm. Term time with 3 additional cleaning days.
