At Willows Farm Day Nursery, your days won't be spent in a typical nursery environment. Based within the unique surroundings of Willows Activity Farm, our children have opportunities to explore nature, enjoy outdoor learning and follow their own curiosity every day.
We're looking for Early Years Educators to join our Baby and Pre-Toddler teams, helping create a warm, nurturing environment where our youngest children can feel safe, secure and excited to learn.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for passionate Early Years professionals who have:
✔ A full and relevant Early Years qualification – ideally Level 3 or above. Level 2 and unqualified applicants will also be considered.
✔ Experience working with children aged 0–5, ideally within a day nursery.
✔ A genuine passion for Early Years and child development.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude.
✔ A willingness to get involved and contribute ideas.
✔ Good teamwork and communication skills.
✔ Flexibility and reliability.
Due to our rural location, a full driving licence and access to your own transport would be ideal.
