About the role:
As People & Culture Coach, you’ll assist the General Manager and People & Culture Director in delivering exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll be a key ambassador for our culture, ensuring our team feels supported, recognized, and motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all People & Culture administration and HR processes
- Coordinate onboarding and inductions
- Maintain accurate employee records and starter/leaver information
- Support recruitment, engagement activities, and reward initiatives
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Director/General Manager on wellbeing, payroll and
- recognition
- Champion Vertiq culture and support a positive work environment
- Complete annual audits
- Note taking
- Liaise with GM/P&C Director/ER Advisors providing Attendance Management support
- Performance Review & Training compliance tracking & guidance
- Produce monthly reports and action plans
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or People & Culture role; relevant qualifications desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; naturally personable
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, including HR systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other
- digital platforms
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated
