  • Milk Procurement Co-Ordinator 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Monday to Friday - flexible hours from 25 - 40 covering the 5 days
  • £34,000 pro rata per annum plus excellent benefits

Llangefni site based.

Reporting to the Milk Finance Manager, for a 3 month fixed term period, your role will support both the Milk Procurement team and the Finance team.

The role will be required to work Monday to Friday with the hours flexible from 25 to 40 per week. Start time would also be flexible from 8.30 - 9.30am each day.

This is an exciting time for the Llangefni Site as we continue to integrate with Leprino Foods reporting systems. Your role will support the Milk Finance Manager and Milk Procurement team as we continue to improve and refine our processes.

  • Working alongside the Milk Finance Manager to ensure accurate monthly payment of milk suppliers by helping to verify and process all the data received from milk suppliers.
  • Running and sending out monthly payment statements to milk suppliers and confirming milk volumes received.
  • Assisting the Milk Finance Manager to account for milk purchases, milk sales, and by-product sales along with the reconciliation of associated deliveries and despatches.
  • Check milk haulier invoices against milk loads received to site to ensure accuracy of haulage costs and timely payment of hauliers.
  • Investigate and manage milk delivery queries with milk hauliers.
  • Enter data into our milk database and reporting tools in order to provide up to date information to the wider business.
  • Adhoc tasks and reporting as required.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrable competency in MS Excel, Word and other MS Apps including Teams
  • Demonstrable competency in data input, system use
  • Experience in working successfully within an administrative or finance team
  • SAP experience (desirable, but not essential)
  • A proactive approach to change and developing new ideas
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • The motivation to develop knowledge, skills and understanding within a complex, dynamic business environment
