- Hours of Work: 24 hours per week, term time plus 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
We seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant Level 4 to join our friendly and welcoming school. The role will involve working in classes to cover teacher release time and support for class teachers when not in a covering role. The successful candidate will be given time for planning and preparation to plan activities and to review the existing planning we have in place if required. They will work alongside our experienced Level 4 Teaching Assistant to share cover across the school.

The successful candidate will:
- Have high expectations of the children both in terms of achievement and behaviour and be committed to raising standards.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently using their own initiative.
- Have experience of working across a range of different year groups.
- Believe passionately in creating an outstanding learning environment and opportunities to ensure all children achieve and make the best possible progress
- Have a talent for bringing learning alive and be successful in securing children's excitement for learning.
- Be able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents.
- Have good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Meet HLTA standards or equivalent qualification or have relevant experience.
