Management has just signed a huge outsourcing deal with a big tech firm, but we're struggling to find the right staff to work on the project. We have to deliver the results within a tight deadline, but the UK's current IT skills shortage is making it hard for us to find skilled professionals, and we do not want to compromise on quality. We've tried offering higher salaries and benefits, but it's still a challenge to attract the right talent. What's the rough breakdown of the skills you're looking for in the staff you want to hire, are you looking for people with experience in cloud computing or cybersecurity?
