Staff Pushback on New Hybrid Work Model

We've just introduced a new hybrid work model, where employees are expected to be in the office at least three days a week, and we're getting a lot of pushback from staff who were used to working from home full-time. I am finding it tough to balance the needs of the business, which requires more face-to-face collaboration, with the desires of our employees, who value the flexibility of remote work. We do not want to lose our top talent, but we also cannot compromise on our business goals. How do we address the concerns of our staff while still achieving our objectives?
