What is the most overrated professional advice?

I've found that advice to be pretty unhelpful too. Having switched jobs six months ago, I can see that what really matters is finding a role that aligns with your skills and values, even if it's not necessarily something you're passionate about, like I've seen with my new role at Accenture.
