The Quiet Quitting Conundrum
Reece Uddin 路 28 Jul 2026
Across the business, employees are doing the bare minimum to get by, and it's affecting our team's overall performance. We've had a few high-profile departures recently, and I think this quiet quitting phenomenon is a symptom of a deeper issue - people are feeling undervalued and overworked. As someone who's both an employee and an employer, I'm struggling to understand what's driving this behavior, so my question is, what can we do to re-engage our staff and make them feel invested in their work again? We do not want to lose any more talent to this silent exodus.
