The tool auto‑enrols new starters into health‑wellbeing programmes and asks for consent to share medical details, even though the UK data‑protection guidance released last month says explicit opt‑in is required. I've tried disabling the prompts, but the system blocks progress and HR says it's mandatory for compliance. Has anyone figured out a workaround that keeps the onboarding flow intact without breaching GDPR, or should we push for a policy change?
