Goldman Sachs Staff Struggle with Remote Work Expenses

As a finance manager at a large investment bank, I'm finding it tough to reimburse staff for expenses incurred while working from home, it's a real headache. We've got teams working remotely full-time now, and they're using their own equipment, internet, and even coffee shops to meet clients, but our current expenses system can't handle these new types of claims, it's outdated. Our staff are getting frustrated, they're having to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement, which can take weeks, and I don't know how to fix this, can anyone help? We're looking for a solution that'll make it easier for staff to claim expenses, without breaking the bank, or compromising on security.
