Employee Retention Strategies Failing at Accenture

Accenture's latest employee survey shows they're struggling to retain top talent, with 40% of respondents citing lack of clear career progression as a major concern, and they're not alone, as we're seeing similar trends at other big consultancies. We've tried offering more flexible working arrangements, but it's not seems to be enough, and we're worried that if we don't find a solution, we'll lose our best people to competitors like Deloitte. I've heard that some companies are having success with personalized development plans, but I'm not sure how to implement something like that at scale.
