Sage Intacct Implementation Woes

Farai Ahmed · 1d ago

Sage's recent acquisition of Intacct has got us reevaluating our financial management systems, and we're considering implementing Sage Intacct for our UK operations, but I've heard it's been a nightmare for some of our peers, with data migration issues and significant downtime. Our team's already stretched thin, and we can't afford to dedicate too many resources to getting this up and running, so I'm worried we'll struggle to hit our Q4 deadlines. We've got a meeting with Sage reps next week, but I'd love to hear from others who've been through this process - what are the biggest pitfalls to watch out for when implementing Sage Intacct, and how can we ensure a smooth transition?

We've had success with a phased rollout, getting one department live on Sage Intacct before moving on to the next, that way you're not trying to tackle everything at once.
