Talent Exodus on LinkedIn

Fridays are typically our busiest day for recruitment, but I've noticed we're losing top talent to competitors on LinkedIn, with nearly 20% of our senior staff having updated their profiles to signal they're open to new opportunities, and it's getting harder to retain them, especially with the likes of Amazon and Facebook increasing their UK headcount. We've tried offering flexible working hours, extra benefits, and even a 10% salary increase, but it seems they're looking for more, and I'm not sure what that is. Our HR team's been working closely with department heads to identify the root cause, but so far, we can't pinpoint the exact reason behind this sudden exodus. What strategies can we use to stem this talent drain and keep our top performers from leaving for rival companies?
